Payment and Funding

Payment and Nursery Fees

A minimum booking of one full day or two half day sessions will be required.

A 10% reduction is offered on the elder sibling’s fees when two or more children attend the nursery. Full fees are paid regardless of absence; however you will be eligible for two weeks holidays relating to your booking pattern at 50% discount.  The nursery is closed Christmas week and all Bank Holidays, no fees will apply.

For your child to keep their place at the nursery, you must pay the fees at least one week in advance. There are further options of paying monthly in advance.

The nursery will give parents and carers two month notice of any increase of fees which will normally be reviewed in September.

Fees and Invoices

For your child to keep their place at the nursery fees must be paid monthly in advance.  Accounts are payable by the following methods:

Standing Order, Direct Debit, On-line Payments, Cheques made payable to Monks Coppenhall Academy or Childcare Vouchers.

Cash payments will not be accepted.

Please be aware that the number of sessions that childcare is provided will vary each month.

Invoices will be issued in the week preceding the start of the month and will be due for payment on the 1st of the month.   Unless there is a prior agreement, a charge of £20.00 will be made for fees outstanding after the 5th of the month.  Any parent or carer whose fees remain outstanding after the 7th of the month, without prior agreement with the nursery manager, risks their child’s nursery place being withdrawn.

If your child accesses funding through the Local Authority additional sessions can be purchased and will be charged accordingly.

A minimum booking of one full day or two half days will be required.
