Vacancy - Nursery Pre-school Teacher 0.8 FTE – Maternity Cover

 

The Principal and Directors of our Academy and Day Nursery are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to teach in the Nursery preschool, to cover a period of maternity leave.  The successfully candidate will commence in the post from 19th April 2021.

 

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in Early Years, who sets high aspirations for children and makes learning enjoyable and inspires a sense of discovery.  The ideal candidate will be someone who ensures everyone they teach feels valued and that each child is helped to develop their potential. 

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to ensure that each unique child has opportunities to interact in positive relationships, enabling environments, whilst embracing the development of the social and emotional aspects of their learning. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.  The candidate will need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of teaching, learning and assessment in EYFS. A strong commitment to parental and community involvement is also required.

Monks Coppenhall Academy and Day Nursery is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
